PDF Reports

PDF Reports are custom-designed report templates tailored to your organization's specific needs. You can configure which PDF report templates are available for specific accounts.

Overview

PDF Reports allow you to deliver assessment results in professionally formatted PDF documents with custom branding, layouts, and content structures. Each PDF report template can be configured on a per-account basis, giving you control over which reports are available to clients.

Configuring PDF Reports for an Account

To enable PDF reports for a specific account:

  1. Navigate to Accounts and open the account detail page
  2. On the Overview tab, locate the PDF Reports panel
  3. Check the boxes next to the PDF report templates you want to make available for this account
  4. The configuration saves immediately

Once enabled, the selected PDF report templates become available for that account's assessments. When viewing assessment results for that account, you can generate and download a PDF report in the selected formats.

Creating Custom PDF Reports

PDF report templates are custom-designed to meet your organization's unique needs. If you would like to create a new PDF report template, please contact Vessel Impact for a consultation. Our team will work with you to:

  • Understand your reporting requirements
  • Design the layout and content structure
  • Determine the data and branding elements to include
  • Implement and test the template

Once created, the new template will be available for configuration on account detail pages.
