Library

The Library section is where you can browse and launch new assessments for your organization. Think of it as the assessment marketplace — your account has access to a curated set of assessments that you can use to evaluate different aspects of your business.

Accessing the Library

  1. Log in to your Client Portal
  2. Click Library in the left sidebar
  3. You'll see all available assessments organized in a searchable, filterable interface

Finding assessments

Search by name or description

Use the Search field at the top to quickly find assessments by name or description.

Filter by group/category

Many assessments are organized into Groups (also called categories). Click the All Groups dropdown to filter by a specific category.

  • The dropdown only shows groups that have assessments available
  • Filtered results update in real-time
  • Click All Groups to see all available assessments again

Combine search and filters

Use search and group filters together to narrow down your options. For example: - Search for "Supply Chain" + filter by "Operations" group - The interface always shows you which filters are active and how many results match


Assessment cards

Each assessment appears as a card showing:

  • Icon — a visual indicator for quick recognition
  • Name — the assessment title
  • Description — what the assessment evaluates
  • Groups — which categories the assessment belongs to (displayed as small badges)

Click any card to see more details and launch the assessment.


Launching an assessment

  1. Click on an assessment card
  2. Review the Assessment Details modal which shows:
  3. Full description
  4. Assessment type and version
  5. Any relevant notes or context
  6. Click Launch Assessment or Start Evaluation to begin
  7. You'll be taken to the assessment questionnaire to start responding

Tips for using the Library

  • New assessments added regularly — check back often for new assessment options
  • Save time with search — if you know the assessment name, search for it instead of scrolling
  • Use groups to explore — browse by group to discover assessments in a specific area (e.g., "HR & Talent," "Financial Resilience")
  • Read descriptions — assessments may have similar names but evaluate different things, so read the full description before launching

What happens after you launch?

Once you launch an assessment:

  1. You'll be taken to the assessment questionnaire
  2. You can complete it immediately or save your progress and return later
  3. Your responses are saved automatically as you work
  4. Once submitted, you'll see your results in the Completed Surveys section of your portal
